Sharing The Blog Love Showcase…#86

The week’s are flying by at the moment and I’m back with this week’s #SharingtheBlogLove showcase. There were lots of great posts last week and it made choosing a tough choice. We’re coming to the end of our Easter Holidays and whilst I’ve loved having the girls home, I do also crave a bit of normality.

Meme and Harri

Has motherhood changed you? I know that it has changed me in a way that I would never have imagined. All for the right reasons and made me a better person. I loved reading Natalie’s post, Being a Mummy. It is absolutely spot on in summing up what you think about motherhood before having children, the reality of having children and the way that it can change you as a person. Becoming a mum is the best thing I ever did and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Adventures with J

Looking for ideas to entertain your children? This is a great idea, Creating a Playtown for Preschoolers. With all the rainy weather we’ve been having I have exhausted everything to keep them entertained indoors. This is a great idea and I know my youngest in particular would love for me to make it for her. Such a simple idea, but very effective and lots of fun. Head over and take a look.

The Queen of Collage

The great thing about Easter is that there is lots of activities going on everywhere. We’re big fans of the National Trust and I love that they work with Cadbury to create Easter Egg Hunts across the National Trust sites. We went on one near us and I loved reading about their Easter adventure at Badbury Hill Woods. There is still time to get involved, the National Trust Easter Egg Hunts are on until 15th April.

Freddies Mummy

I’m a big fan of the royal family and I love to visit any of their homes. Andy and I went on a tour of Buckingham Palace many years ago and I know that Alice would love it, as she talks all the time about the Queen and the royal family. Once Holly is a bit older, we will definitely take them. I loved reading about their visit, Tea with the Queen at Buckingham Palace. I didn’t realise there was so much for the children to do.

If you missed any of these last week, please pop over to one of them and give them some extra love.

I’d love to go to Buckingham Palace. I’m not sure N would be so keen, but it would be pretty amazing to see
