Sharing The Blog Love Showcase…#84

I’m back with this week’s showcase post. Before I share with you all my favourite posts from last week, can I please ask that you all make sure you’ve read the new rules we’ve added in over on the linky post. Thank you.

The Willow Tree

I’ve always loved interiors and I love nothing better than planning a new room, deciding on the layout, the decor and all the accessories. Michelle has shared with us her, Baby Boys Nursery Room Tour, which I love. Room tours are great, as they give you an idea of the space the room has, how they’ve made use of the space and then of course how they’ve decorated it. I adore the cloud theme she has done and if I had a little one again, I would definitely incorporate some of this into the room.

Mummy Miller

Oh the terrible two’s! Aren’t they fun, said no parent ever. Louise has shared with us a post on, How to deal with the terrible two’s. She shares some great advice and I definitely agree with the giving them a choice one. I found that this meant a potential tantrum was avoided many times. I also found that once I understood my child, I could see one coming and I could nip it in the bud. Maybe not stopping it completely every time, but definitely shortening the time it lasted.

Mummy Snowy Owl

One of my favourite cakes is a lemon drizzle cake. When I saw this, Gin & Tonic Lime Drizzle Cake, not only did it make me hungry and crave cake. I loved the sound of it. I’ve never actually tried gin before and I think this would be the perfect introduction to it. This would be a great cake to make for any Easter lunches you have planned.

Mrs Mummy Harris

Lianne is currently pregnant with twins and she has written a beautiful letter to her son, A Letter to my First Born. I remember feeling a lot of the same when I was pregnant with Holly. But I can definitely say that giving my girls each other is the best thing I’ve done. The sibling relationship is a special one and to have a front row seat watching your children, is the best feeling ever. Good luck Lianne with the arrival of your twins.

If you missed any of these last week, please pop over to one of them and give them some extra love.

I loved each of these posts. Lianne’s has promoted me to think about writing letters for my own son #Sharingthebloglove

I’m not sure that the twos were particularly troublesome. There did seem to be a little rewiring or something going on but when you look at things from their perspective or try to then things aren’t so bad. #SharingtheBlogLove
