Sharing The Blog Love Showcase…#27

Welcome back to my weekly #SharingtheBlogLove Showcase. There was so many fabulous posts last week and it was great to be back reading them all. I did miss it over our Christmas break. It made choosing my four tricky this week.

Here are my showcase posts this week…

Organised Jo

I love reading Jo’s blog, she always has wonderful ideas for making my life easier and more organised. Now I am not a working mum, so you may wonder why this post appealed to me, The Working Mum’s Declutter Plan. Its because I get bored easily and whilst I want to get jobs done, I quickly loose interest. So, her idea of a 15 minute a day declutter plan is perfect for me. I love how manageable it is and I can easily fit it into my day while Holly is napping. If you are wanting to get more organised and declutter, head over and take a look.

Mrs Mummy Harris

Returning to work after being on maternity leave, is not easy for anyone regardless of your situation. I know that after I had Alice and I went back to work part time, it was firstly not an easy decision to make, but the right one for our family and I was scared. I was starting a brand new job, in a new company! I was worried that my brain wouldn’t work and that I had forgotten everything I knew. And to be honest with you, it did take a while to get back into the swing of things. It was like I had wind my memory back up and then slowly things slotted into place. Lianne is also worried about returning to work in her post, Returning to Work after Maternity. I think it’s so important that we share this, as there are woman everyday going through this and it’s not always easy.

Meme and Harri

I adore reading Natalie’s blog about her life with her two girls. But for the month I’ve been waiting to hear about the arrival of her third baby. I follow Natalie on Instagram and every time she posted a picture I wondered if it was the announcement of her baby. Then finally that day came and she welcomed her beautiful baby boy, Alfie Hugh. Natalie then also followed it up with this post, Introducing Alfie Hugh. Now this has made me super broody, what a little cutie. Congratulations Natalie xx

Little Paper Swans

My little Holly does not like cereal for breakfast, she never has done and that’s fine. I am not a big fan myself, so probably another thing she is taking after me! She loves toast, but it can get a bit boring, so I am always looking for new ideas for her. So, I loved this recipe, Oat Protein Breakfast Bars. With 4 ingredients they look really easy to make and even better, they look delicious. I can’t wait to make them for Holly and see what she thinks.

If you missed any of these, why not pop over and have a read now or give them a little share…

I loved seeing little Alfie Hugh last week, I think a lot of us were eagerly awaiting his arrival! Just read Jo’s post and 15 minutes is definitely much more manageable than an full on declutter all in one go.

I think I need to do a shorter chunked declutter plan rather than the rest of my konmari version. For that I need too much time to blitz it and I’ll never get round to it.
