Sharing The Blog Love Showcase…#19

Sharing The Blog Love Showcase…#19

Welcome to this week’s #SharingtheBlogLove Showcase, where I share my favourite posts from last week’s linky.

It was a great week for linkups, a new record. Katy and I are still really enjoying reading all the posts and we are still finding new blogs to read, which is always lovely.

Here are my favourites…

Before I became a parent I knew that I would have very little sleep when my baby arrived. But, I didn’t think that the lack of sleep would continue forever. This post, I Didn’t Sleep, reminded me of the times in the future when I won’t be sleeping. So, basically if you are parent, you can forget about sleep for a while yet!

Meme and Harri

I love Natalie’s blog and she writes a lot of posts that I can relate to. She has two gorgeous girls, who sound so similar to my two. When I read this post, What I have learnt being a mummy to two, I could have written it myself. My little Holly is the rule breaker in life and Alice loves to tell me when she does! They really are completely different characters. Natalie is pregnant with baby number three and I can’t wait to see what she says about having three. Why not pop over and see if you agree with Natalie.

Little Hearts Big Love

Louise’s youngest daughter turned three recently and she wrote this gorgeous letter to her, Now you are three. Sophie is an adorable little girl and I love it when her picture pops up in my Instagram feed. She has the best smile and cheeks that I want to squeeze. My favourite types of posts to read are letters people write to their little ones, they are always so personal and give you a real insight into their character.

Lavender Vibes

When you become a parent, you get a lot of comments and questions thrown your way. Most them of them are not welcome! With one of the worst questions being, Is he a good baby?, I just can’t believe that people still ask this. Because if they are not good, then that would make them bad and no baby is bad. They are just babies. Yes, they may not sleep, or they might be a little pickle with their food, but they are just being babies. If you missed this post last week, pop over and have a read you won’t be disappointed.

If you would like to join us at #SharingtheBlogLove, you can link your post up here and you never know Katy and I might be showcasing you next week!

Thanks for running the linky – it’s the 1st time I’ve joined in – I’ve checked the rules about 10 times so I hope I did it all right (It seems very complicated to me but I rarely do linkies!)

That letter to Sophie is so lovely. She beautifully captured the feeling that comes from hearing your child tell you that she loves you. My heart smiled. 🙂 #SharingtheBlogLove
