I think its officially autumn! I am going to have to admit it and find out those warmer clothes. I do like snuggling under a blanket though, so not all is lost. Anyway, thank you to everyone that joined us last week. There were some amazing posts for Katy and I to read.
Here are my favourites…
When it come to water parks, I am like a big kid. I seek them out and I would happily go to them all on the time when I’m on holiday. Clare recently went on holiday to Costa Dorada with her beautiful family and while they were there, they visited the PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park. This water park looks amazing and her little boy looked like he was having the best time. My little Alice would absolutely love this, she is a complete water baby and I would love to take her to water park on our next holiday.
Don’t Drop The Baby
As a mother to two children, I am very aware that there are going to be time where one of them are going to ask me a question and put me on the spot. A question, that the answer I give in that split second could define what they think forever. Nothing like a bit of pressure. When I read this post, Teaching a toddler about compassion, I thought that Kerry handled the situation she found herself in with there daughter brilliantly. But, what completely melted my heart was what her daughter did, once her mummy answered her questions. This is not a post you want to miss…
Since becoming a mum four years ago I haven’t really had a night out out. Yes, I go out for dinner and we will have a couple of drinks, but I am always home by midnight. It would seem I am not alone, Sarah wrote The night out out – the reality and I was nodding along. It seems we all have these big ideas about going out out, but the call from our bed is too strong. I have say though I am jealous of her lie in, our nights out we still have the girls waking at the crack of dawn!
Kippers and Curtains
As a family we love a day out together and are always on the look out for new places to visit. I also love it when places do theme days, they always do them so well. Sarah and her family recently went to Groombridge Place for an Alice in Wonderland day out and having a little Alice myself this is somewhere we would have loved. There was so much to do and the Alice in Wonderland characters looks amazing. Plus you have to head over and take a look at the gorgeous photo of her daughters on the swing, its pure joy.
If you missed any of these last week, why not pop over and give them some blog love…
