Review: Belle Musical Tea Party Cart…

Review: Belle Musical Tea Party Cart…

Alice has loved all things ‘princess’ for a quite a while now and of course Holly has followed this love too. They love to dress up in their princess costumes and play together.

When I recently asked if we would like to review the Belle Musical Tea Party Cart I knew that I had to say yes. When it arrived in a big box I was a bit worried about how big it would be.

It didn’t take too long to put together, you just had to pop the side panels on and attached the top tray. It was ready to be used within ten minutes and it wasn’t too big, thankfully.

The set includes a Mrs Potts tea pot, a Chip tea cup, an extra tea cup and two spoons. You also get one invitation to Belle’s tea party. It says on the box that the recommended age is 3+, so whilst Holly was napping I got it out for Alice who is four years old.

Ever since I can remember Alice’s favourite thing to play is tea parties. She has made me thousands of cup of teas over the years and it is something that she has never outgrown.

She was immediately in love with it, the fact that it was Belle’s and it came with an invitation to her party made it even more appealing. Straight away Alice was making us drinks, as she has got older she now asks us what we would like to drink. So, I can mix it up a bit with the odd hot chocolate!

The Mrs Potts teapot and cups sit on a lazy Susan that spins around.  It also plays the song ‘Be Our Guest’, that you can easily turn on and off.

As she was playing with it, I really couldn’t see any reason why it wouldn’t be suitable for Holly, who is two years old. And when she woke up, she wanted to play with it too.

When it came to pushing the tea cart along, it is really light and Holly was easily able to do it. And I would say that due to the height of the tea tray that it was more suitable to Holly, than Alice, who was a bit tall for it.

I can see both my girls are going to have lots of fun pushing this around and having lots of tea parties. I do like toys that bring the girls together and encourage them to play together.

The Belle Musical Tea Party Cart has a RRP of £49.99 and is available at Amazon and other toy shops.

Disclosure: We were sent the Belle Musical Tea Cart in return for an honest review. All views and opinions are my own.

I really like this and I know Mia would enjoy pushing it around and making us all tea! I’m not overly keen on plastic toys as such and we wouldn’t have a great deal of room for it however I do really like it! 🙂

My Harri has been asking for this for Christmas but I do think it is a little over priced – hmmm I will have to have a little think. Your girls do look like they are enjoying it though!

Oh that’s so cute! My two would love something like this as well but I think it’s one of those things they’d play with a couple of times and get fed up of.

I’m sure a lot of little girls would love this for Christmas. Dare I say they’ll want to stay up past their bedtime plying with it. My eldest certainly would. #TriedTested
