My Nametags Review…

My Nametags Review…

I’ve been using My Nametags since Alice started preschool and I wouldn’t use anything else now. Its not often that I 100% recommend something to people, but My Nametags I can’t recommend enough. They not only stick onto everything and really easily too. Most importantly they last forever…well for as long as the clothes have fitted Alice!

The name tags that I put on Alice’s school uniform last September which have been washed every single week are still on there and still look like new. I’ve had comments from other parents about Alice’s labels and how fab they are.

They are also incredibly easy to use. You can have the whole school uniform labelled in a matter of minutes. You simply take the sticker off and stick it to the care label in the garment. There is no ironing or sewing needed and they are washing machine safe too.

We also use them on their water bottles for school and preschool. They are completely dishwasher proof too.

What I also love about them is that they are easily recognisable for the child too. They are bright and colourful and you can choose your own design to personalise them. Holly isn’t able to recognise her own name all the time, but because her sticker has a cupcake on it means she can recognise it from this.

You can personalise your name tag with up to three lines of text which means there is room for their name and a phone number if needed on some items.

There is anything that leaves our house to go to preschool or school that doesn’t have a label on it. On non-uniform days once Alice has decided what to wear I can quickly add the label and send her on her way.

Having now survived the first year of school we’ve not lost any clothes, shoes, bags or coats and I’m sure it’s because everything is clearly labelled. There are no visits to the lost property bin for us.

The design your own stick on stickers are £11.95 for 56 coloured stickers. They also have a full range of other labels, iron on ones and black and white ones.

Ooh these look really good. I will look into these for the next school year.

Ah these look great. My eldest is in year 8 now and I’ve never found a label that can last longer than a couple of washes. I’ll be interested to see how these go. Writing on the labels is such a chore! x

We adore My Nametags! I have been using them for years. When my now ten-year-old started play school I labeled all of the plastic containers he used for lunch. And the labels are still stuck on! It’s amazing how long they last!!

Wow I love these! So much better than trying to sew everything in and I really like that you can get them in different colours with pictures on, so cute. Will definitely look at getting these when my little girls starts nursery.

These look great. My eldest starts school this September and i need to get organised with something like this. I like the idea that kids can recognise the symbol too.

These are great!! I love how they can be recognised even before they can read their name. We lost three school jumpers and a fleece this first year! I think I will be trying out these name tags going forward to hopefully mean we keep our uniform next year!

These look brilliant and just what we need. I’ve entered the competition as despite Boo about to enter year 2, I’ve never actually sorted out name tags for her, instead relying on a Sharpie and a whole lot of praying, ha!

I love that they can go on water bottles too – I have tried everything, including permanent marker and nothing ever sticks!
