“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

by Kahlil Gibran

It was a lovely crazy busy week last week. The girls had an inset day on Monday and we spent the day with my parents. The girls love spending time with them and we took a trip to a park. It was a bit chilly, but they don’t mind. It’s just me and my Mum who were cold.

Holly was so pleased with herself that she could climb to the top. Whilst I was stood nervously, ready to catch up her. But I didn’t need to.

You might not be able to see all of Alice, as she was spinning so fast. But I just love the look on her face and how happy she looks.

Well done Holly for getting all the way to the top – it looks high! I know exactly that feeling of standing nervously underneath them when they climb things like that! x #LivingArrows

We don’t visit the park enough. I like the sound of the spinning one it looks like its much loved by Alice. We had an inset day too although the school didn’t give us much notice and so I couldn’t get the day off work. But Monkey had fun with my mum so don’t feel too cheated xx
