“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

by Kahlil Gibran

Last week Holly and I went on a little road trip and went to meet the lovely Laura and her daughter. We met at a National Trust property and headed straight to the nature park. There were lots of doors dotted around to open and inside each one was a different picture of an insect. I love this photo of Holly who is saying ‘Ta-da’, which she said when she opened each one!

At the weekend we met up with my cousin and her family and went to a summer fair. I just love this photo! Both the girls are in it, but you can only really see Alice. She is just the best big sister, taking her sister down the slide and making sure she is ok. Plus it was clearly a lot of fun!

Oh how lovely of Alice to look after her little sister so well. I feel like Libby is a better person for having a sister. It sounds like Alice is the same.
