Living Arrows 22/52

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

by Kahlil Gibran

The week didn’t start well with Alice coming home from holiday with a stomach bug, luckily it was only a 24 hour one and we managed to still have some lovely days.

Towards the end of the week the sun came out and this photo of Alice was taken at my parents house. She loves the hopper and clearly her sunglasses!!

Holly is just growing up far too quickly and being the second child she just wants to be like her big sister. This meant ago on the big girl swing at the park. To be fair to her, she was pretty good!!

Oh look at her on the big girl swing! Luckily the park we tend to go to only has ‘baby’ swings so both my kids go on those, otherwise my two year old would be the same, wanting to copy her brother on the big swings! x #LivingArrows
