“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

by Kahlil Gibran

Last week was our second week of the Easter Holidays and Andy was home with us. It was great having time just the four of us just the four of us.

It meant I was spoiled for choice on which photo to choose for Alice again this week. I’m going to miss having her home, now that she is back to school. At least it’s only five weeks until half term.

My photo this week is taken at Marwell Zoo and it reminds me of what a big girl Alice is. She climbed to the top of the big slide and was so pleased with herself. I also love that Holly was excited to watch her sister come down and never once got upset that she was too little for it. She just wanted to ‘see Alice’!

I love this photo of Holly! She had the whole bouncy castle to herself and she was loving it.

It looks like you had such a lovely time at Marwell Zoo – I’m hating the children being back at school too 🙁 x

Both of these are so much fun! I love Holly on the bouncy castle – I’ve not managed to convince Max to go on one yet! He’s always really keen, we pay the money, and then he wimps out! #LivingArrows

I can’t wait for the holidays again either! How sweet of Holly watching her sister on the slide xx

Oh I bet Holly had a whale of a time on that bouncy castle all by herself! And how lovely that she was so excited to see Alice coming down the slide. x #LivingArrows

Fab photos again this week – Toby is still a bit scared of big slides, but then occasionally he’ll surprise us by wanting to go on one. Alice doesn’t look like she was scared at all though. And what a treat for Holly to get the bouncy castle to herself – I always think they’re much safer when there’s no one else on them! #LivingArrows

It’s so hard when they go back to school! I’m counting down the weeks too… oh I remember Monjet at Holly’s age with bouncy castles. Hope you have had a good bank holiday #LivingArrows
