“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
by Kahlil Gibran
It was Mother’s Day yesterday and we headed to Chessington World of Adventures and the girls were very excited. Even though it had been really lovely and warm on Friday and Saturday, the weather had turned a bit colder and I was glad the girls had their winter coats on.
The queues were really short and we managed to get on a lot of rides in a short space of time, which meant we didn’t have to make it a really long day. Holly was a lot braver this year, she is naturally more of a dare devil than Alice and is braving rides at a younger age than Alice did. Which really helps when deciding what rides to go on.
This was Holly’s first time on the Tree Topper and I think you can tell from her face that she loved it. This was her face the whole time and she couldn’t get enough of it. I love how happy they look!
