“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

by Kahlil Gibran

Last week Holly and I went to a local open gym session with our friends. She absolutely loves it and doesn’t stop for a second. I was pretty impressed with her skills! Plus how grown up does she look in this photo?

Alice had a birthday party at the weekend and she was very excited. Not only was she excited to be going to the party, but what was even more exciting was her friend was picking us up. All morning she wanted to know how long it was until they would arrive. I just love how something so simple made her so happy.

These are gorgeous Laura – you’re right, Holly looks so grown up in this photo! And I love that excitement – it was my husband’s birthday yesterday and I’ve never seen Max so excited – it’s totally the little things! #LivingArrows

Lovely pics, your girls are gorgeous. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve used a hula hoop. I don’t think I’d be impressing anyone with my skills, haha #livingarrows x

Aww how adorable. I love the height chart that Alice is standing next to as well. We went to one of those gym classes for a while but oddly my two didn’t get much out of it after the first few weeks so we moved them on to different classes instead. I hope Holly gets much more from it than my two did.

Lovely photos, sounds like the girls have had a busy week. I love taking my two to the gym sessions but it’s so hard because they both want to play with different things and both want my attention so sometimes we just stay home! xx

They both look very happy in their photos this week. There’s a gym not too far from us that does open play sessions and I keep thinking about going – I don’t know if I could cope on my own with the boys both running in different directions! #LivingArrows
