Whilst it can be hard to see my girls grow up and I often wish they will stay little for longer. One thing that is great about them getting older, is the toys get more fun! We were recently sent the Nighthawk from Rollplay to try out and Alice couldn’t wait to give it ago.
The Nighthawk is a thrilling new addition to their ride-on range for preteens. Once fully charged it will last for 60 minutes and we charged it overnight ready to test it out the next day.
The skill to the Nighthawk is learning how to manoeuvre it. It has a gas and break pedal at the front and a rear safety flag at the back. It has an unique steering technique and you lean to the left or right to make it go where you want to go.
It has side handlebars to keep them secure and protect their hands.
It took a little bit of practice for Alice to have confidence in it and she kept wanting to put her feet down. But once she knew the brakes worked and got the hang of it, she was off and loved it.
I just love her concentration face, looking ahead and thinking about which way to lean and keep it balanced.
But look at how much fun she is having!
It’s great fun and I know that our neighbours children are all going to be queuing up to have a ride.
I’ve done a short video to give you an idea of what it’s like.
The Rollplay Nighthawk is suitable for 6+ years and comes in a choice of white or red. It’s RRP is £169.99 and you can buy it here.
It’s perfect entertainment for this Easter holidays and Alice can’t wait to go back out again, once we’ve charged it back up. I’m just wondering if I can try it too?
Disclosure: We were kindly sent our Nighthawk in return for an honest review. All views, opinions and photos are my own.
