When a new show arrives on the television and you love it from the start. You count down until the next time you can watch it and it grips you. I love a series like this and Killing Eve ticked all the boxes.
If you haven’t heard of Killing Eve, you must have been living under a rock. It’s a brilliant British spy thriller series and centres around the life of Eve. She is a bored, very smart MI5 security officer, whose life as a spy isn’t quite what she had hoped it would be. When a Russian diplomat is assassinated in Vienna, Eve is given the job of looking after the only witness. Eve finds herself drawn into a cat and mouse game across the continent looking for a deadly suspect.
For fans of Killing Eve, you’re in for a treat because launching soon is a Killing Eve Tour of London locations. Even though a lot of it is filmed in Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin, a lot of the action takes place in London and you will go on a hot trail of Villanelle. The tour takes you to 15 locations on a mini coach and last three hours. The locations feature in both series, and a few were surprisingly used for non London locations!
Its a great way to see some of London iconic buildings, as well as some off the beaten track. They include Eve’s secret offices, discrete rendezvous with her boss Carolyn, the hospital where Eve and Villanelle first cross paths, a ‘Berlin’ and ‘Paris’ location and Eve’s first meeting with Carolyn after her Paris showdown with Villanelle and much more.
You start a Temple tube station and finish at Kings Cross and it will be on Sundays. Prices are £30 adults, and £21 child, this include a guide and a air-conditioned mini coach.
If you’re a Killing Eve fan and fancy having a drink in the pub where Eve meets Elena and Bill to to learn the about the CCTV footage in Vienna, then this is the tour for you!
