Fireman Sam DVD…Review

Fireman Sam DVD…Review

On Monday 3rd April the DVD of Fireman Sam’s Birthday is being released by Abbey Home Media and we were lucky enough to be sent a copy to watch.

The DVD includes an episode all about Sam’s birthday, along with three other episodes – Pontypandy in the Park, Paddle on the great party panic and Pizza Pandemonium.

Fireman Sam is a relatively new favourite in our house and it’s little Holly that has fallen in love with it. She loves to watch it on the television when she is having her breakfast and she sings along to the tune. Alice likes it too and is happy to watch it with her sister. I love that Holly is now having things that she loves and not just copying her sister.

Holly loved the DVD, especially the birthday episode. Who doesn’t love a birthday? You are left wondering if our favourite hero’s party will go ahead as planned…

I can’t believe that Fireman Sam is marking 30 years on our screens this year, and is set to celebrate with this new collection of tales from the ultimate hero next door and his crew. This makes me feel old, as I remember Fireman Sam when I was younger.

RRP – £9.99

Disclosure: We were sent the above product for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own.

We love Fireman Sam in our house! My son, who isn’t even two yet, can put Netflix on my phone and pick his fave shows – terrifying!
