Adding The Personal Touches To Our Bedroom…

One of my favourite parts of decorating a room is adding the finishing touches to it. I take a lot of photos and I mean a lot of photos and I love to display them around the house. Recently Beautify got in touch to ask if I would like to review their latest range and I love looking through it.

I’ve been wanting to add some photos to our bedroom and when I saw these gorgeous Glass Photo Frames I knew they would be perfect for our bedroom.

I wanted to add photos of Andy and I for my bedtime table. I love having our house filled with photos of our girls, to remember how they were over the years. But it’s also lovely to remember that before them, there was just Andy and I, how it all began.

I’ve chosen photos from our honeymoon, we went to Australia and it may surprise you to hear that when we were in Melbourne, Andy really wanted to visit the set of Neighbours. He was a big fan of it as a child, as was I. It was great fun and we visited Ramsay Street, which is actually called Pin Oak. But they have a Ramsay Street sign, that you can have your photo taken with. I love it!

The second photo in this frame is from Ayers Rock, a place that I couldn’t wait to visit. We did a sunrise tour and it was beautiful and definitely worth the early rise.

In this set came another frame, which has a lovely gold printed quote on one side, “Timeless Moment” and I choose to sit this one on my dressing table. I still can’t believe that I have a dressing table, after years of living in houses where there wasn’t room for one.

I choose a photo of us a family and it’s a moment that takes me right back to one of our happiest times. We were in Jersey earlier this year for a mini break and it was one of my favourite holidays. We had a brilliant time and the weather was amazing. We were on the beach after dinner when this was taken and I just love how happy we look, a moment that I would love to have again.

I was also kindly sent a 5 Tier Cosmetic Organiser, something that I’ve never had before. I wouldn’t say that I am massively into beauty. I wear make up every day, but I tend to stick to the same routine every day. Plus I’ve never had anywhere to store any more make up than would fit in my make up bag.

As you can see I don’t even how enough to fill it at the moment 🙂 But I don’t need to be asked twice to buy some more!

You can fit a lot into each draw and I love that they are clear, meaning you can see everything you have. No more tipping out the contents of my make up bag to find something.

On the top section, could be removed and used separately, if you wished to. It has space for 12 lipsticks and has 4 open sections.

I’m so happy to finally have somewhere to store my makeup that is accessible and it looks lovely too.

Beautify have a whole range of homeware and beauty, you can find out more here.

Disclosure: We were kindly sent our products to feature in this post. All views, opinions and photos are my own.

You’ve reminded me that I need to get some new artwork/frames. We’re about to colour-change our hallway, so I need to accessorise!

Oh they’re beautiful. The frames are really lovely, so pretty for photos. And the makeup organiser is so handy. I hate rummaging for things like lipsticks or mascara!

I am loving your bedside table – I have a holder like that for my make-up, keeps it so much tidier
