At this time of year with the weather unpredictable its good to have a few indoor options to keep the children entertained. At the weekend we were invited to the Jump In Trampoline park in Camberley. The girls love trampolines and were really excited to go along.
We were booked in for the open session at 11am, which is suitable for age 4 and above. It was busy when we arrived and we were checked in at reception. We had completed the waivers online before we attended, this is sent to you when you book. This speeds up the check in process, but you could do it when you arrive. Unfortunately there were no padlocks left for us to use a locker, which meant Andy took our coats and my bag back to the car. It would be good if there were more lockers available.
To be able to jump, you have to wear special trampoline socks and they insist that these are their own branded socks. Which you will need to purchase, but you can then keep them for future trips.
Once we were checked in, we headed to the safety briefing area, where 5 minutes before your session starts you have to watch a 3 minute video showing you have to stay safe whilst in the trampoline park. This was done in a really engaging way and kept my girls attention.
It was then time to head to the trampoline park. The girls couldn’t wait to get bouncing!
There were plenty of trampolines for everyone and it was good to see the staff monitoring how people were behaving and keeping everyone safe.
Both the girls really liked the long trampolines and they are popular, with a few people in a queue the whole time we were there. Alice loved to do cartwheels all the way down it. Holly would run and then stop to a rolly-polly!
They also had a giant foam pit, which they loved bouncing and jumping into. There was two lanes and also a third one which was up higher to leap from.
There was also the basketball, where you can bounce high to slam dunk the ball! The girls and Andy loved doing this and we spent quite a while having fun taking it in turns.
There is a cafe where you can grab a drink and snack after the trampolining or you could sit and relax, whilst watching your children tire themselves out.
Also available is there Trampoline Sleepover, where you get the last bounce of the day before enjoying a mini disco or a movie night before lights out. Find out more here.
Looking for somewhere to hold a party, they also have party packages to suit everyone and I have an offer for you too. Save 10% on any party booked online or via their contact centre using the code ‘camblog’. This is valid until 31/12/19.
We had great fun and the girls are already planning a return trip during half term.
